How fast my hosting will active?
Free web hosting Malaysia will be active after verification by our Administrator officer, on average it will be active within 5-10 minutes after verification.
Cloud Web Hosting Malaysia and related hosting products will be active immediately after payment complete.
Register Domain Name will be active immediately after payment is complete.
VPS Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore will be active in 5-10 minutes after after payment is complete.
Dedicated Server will be active 24 hours after payment is complete.
If the service Your ordered has not been active within the estimate time above, please Contact Us for Push Activation.
How to migrate hosting to Hostmara?
1. Unlocked the Domain first, You can unlock domain in the domain control panel at the current domain registrar and get the EPP Code for domain transfer (usually it’s also avaliable in the domain control panel or client area – if not there, email to Your hosting provider).
2. Select the Hostmara web hosting package. If You want to use free web hosting, click Register Now button on the free web hosting package. If You want to buy a cloud web hosting, click Buy Now button on Your selected cloud web hosting plan.
3. On the Product Configuration page, select the menu “Transfer domain from another provider to Hostmara” or if You want to order Hosting only, please select option “Already have a Domain, I just want to order Hosting only at Hostmara”.
4. Enter the EPP code above (if you don’t have one, just fill it in, for example: “abc12345”).
5. Make payments through one of Your selected payment options.
6. Send login info of Your old cPanel hosting to Hostmara Technical Support and Your website will be migrated within 1 x 24 hours. Easy, fast and free!
7. Please update the domain nameservers to Hostmara server:
ns1.hostmara.com
ns2.hostmara.com
8. Migration is complete. Within 24 hours, your website traffic will begin to be served by Hostmara server.
Can I upgrade hosting at any time?
Yes. As your website grows, you can upgrade your hosting package at any time.
Upgrade from free web hosting Malaysia to cloud web hosting, you only need to pay for cloud web hosting services.
You can also upgrade the Cloud web hosting package, you only need to pay the price difference for the cloud hosting package.
